This privacy policy describes the treatment of information provided or collected on bamjamboise.com. It also explains the treatment of information provided or collected on applications we make available on third-party sites or platforms if disclosed to you in connection with use of the application. We follow this privacy policy in accordance with local law in the places where we operate.

Occasionally we will receive data from our advertisers and other third parties that will help us make the BAM Jam website better.

Other members of BAM Jam may have access to your information when they perform services on behalf of the data controller(s) (as a data processor) and, unless prohibited under applicable law, for use on their own behalf (as a data controller) for the following purposes:

Children’s Privacy –  We do not target our sites or services to children under the age of 13, and in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, any information we may receive from users we believe to be under the age of 13 and submitted without the consent of their guardian will be purged from our database. When we intend to collect personal information, we take additional steps to ensure that children under the age of 13 are not able to become subscribers without the consent of their guardians, including requiring subscribers to enter their date of birth.
